This policy describes how Deadpan Ads, operated by Enduring Atlas LLC (“Deadpan,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and our platform at app.deadpanads.com. The short version: we collect what we need to make your commercials and run your account, we don't sell your personal data, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

• Account information. Your name, email address, and login details, handled through our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Brand briefs. The information you provide about your product, audience, and brand when you brief a commercial.
• Uploaded brand assets. Logos, product images, and other materials you upload for use in your ads.
• Generated media. The concepts, scripts, and video content produced for your account.
• Payment data. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store your card numbers — Stripe processes them and shares only what we need to manage your subscription, such as billing status.
• Usage data. Standard technical information such as pages visited and approximate device/browser details, used for analytics and to keep the service secure.

We use this information to:

• Operate your account and provide the service;
• Produce your commercials — your briefs and brand assets are the raw material your ads are made from;
• Process payments and manage your subscription;
• Respond to support requests;
• Send you service communications, and product updates you can opt out of;
• Improve the service and keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

We rely on a set of service providers to run the platform. They process data on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service to us:

We also use specialized video generation and media processing providers as part of our production pipeline. We may update this list as our infrastructure evolves; the current list is always published on this page.

We keep your account information, briefs, assets, and generated media for as long as your account is active, so your past productions and saved concepts remain available to you. Billing records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@deadpanads.com from the email address on your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within a reasonable period, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records).

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously and restrict access to those who need it to operate the service.

The service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the service or by email.
